What types of temporary housing options can I expect?
With a large database and variety of options to choose from, Creative Housing Solutions offers apartments, townhomes, condominiums, and single family homes.
What is included in the rate?
With totally totally turn key accommodations, all you will need are your clothes and personal items you wish to have!
How far in advance should I book my reservation?
Reservations can be made up to the day before arrival. As availability changes daily, it's best to make your reservation as soon as possible.
What is the required notice period?
Most all locations offer a 30 day check out notice.
Can I bring my pets?
Yes! Creative Housing Solutions works with pet-friendly communities in most cities. Non-refundable pet fees are required, and breed/weight restrictions may apply.
Is housekeeping available?
Yes, we can provide weekly, biweekly, monthly and one-time cleaning services.
Are laundry services available?
Yes, most all communities include washer and dryer in unit. Please specify if this is your preference.
What size apartments are available?
Multiple sized floor plans are available for one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments, townhomes, and single family homes. Contact us with questions or special requests.
What is included in a Creative Housing Solutions suite?
Our suites include modern furnishings, housewares, dishware, linens, electronics, and decorative items. Utilities, including phone service, cable, and internet are also available.
How am I billed?
You will receive a monthly invoice for the upcoming month, including any additional charges from the past month.
How do I check in?
Your Creative Housing Solutions agent will provide all the details prior to check in. You will also receive a map with details including community features, a photo, and instructions for your lock box (if arriving after business hours). We will check in prior to your arrival date to ensure a smooth arrival and check in.
What time is check in?
Check in is 4:00 pm.
What time is check out?
Check out is 11:00 am. Please let us know if special move out arrangements are needed, and our team will make every effort to accommodate.
